Cialis (tadalafil) is taken by men unable to have sex because of insufficient erection. Tell your health care provider if Cialis is causing you any serious side effects that interfere with your everyday life, such as erection that lasts longer than 4 hours, chest pain, blurred vision, rash, hives, loss of hearing, changes in color vision, ringing in ears, and dizziness. There is no need to talk to your doctor if you get any of the following mild side effects that are expected to go away on their own: warmth or redness in your face, neck, or chest, headache, sore throat, back pain, muscle pain, upset stomach, stuffy nose, memory problems, and diarrhea. It’s best to use Cialis about 30-45 minutes before having sex. Because of the long period of efficiency (up to 36 hours) Cialis has been named «the weekend pill». However, it’s recommended to have sex as soon as possible after taking the dose to provide for best results. Your erection will go away as usual after the sexual act is completed.
